Dear WKTCS Member,

WKTCS has some exciting news… something we’ve been working on for a long time.

We have been carefully considering an amalgamation with the Mountain Bikers of the Central Okanagan, and want to hear your input. At our meeting, we will review the Special Resolution and proposed Amalgamation Agreement, and vote whether to approve them.

As a West Kelowna Trail Crew member, you are invited and encouraged to attend the November 7th, 2024 general meeting, held at 7pm at the West Kelowna City Hall Council Chambers at 3731 Old Okanagan Highway.

In order to move forward with amalgamation, we require members to show up and vote, so please RSVP if you are available. The meeting is also a great way to meet like-minded people, and participate in the mountain biking community in the Okanagan.
