Reminder About Unauthorized Trail Building

Rogue trail building has been discovered this season at both trail networks. As a result, we have had to divert our efforts to remove rogue builds instead doing productive work to make the trails better for all of us.

Smith Creek Vandalism

We’ve had reports of sign vandalism at Smith Creek, Now we’ve seen it first-hand. We even had reports of an individual pulling down signs with their Quad/winch. This is very disappointing to see. These signs are paid for by sponsors, installed by volunteers, and approved by the Provincial Authorities (RSTBC). When this sort of thing happens it is a real blow to the community as a whole.

If you happen to witness, or have other relevant knowledge of vandalism or intentional damage to the Trails we manage, please let us know. Please also consider reporting it to RAPP (Report all Poachers and Polluters) at 1-877-952-7277.
