Meetings
AGM
Once per year, usually in November or December, we hold our Annual General Meeting. All of our members are invited to this meeting. A meeting time and date will be announced in the fall.
Monthly Executive Board Meetings
Every month the WKTCS Executive Board meets to discuss operational business. Usually the 3rd Thursday of every month. When available, our monthly executive meeting minutes will be posted here.
